The “Sadové” Spa (The Arbustum Spa)

The “Sadové” Spa (The Arbustum Spa)

A two-storied empire house built in 1823 in the former Master street (Roosevelt street today). It used to be one of the top spa hotels with an extensive background. A large hall called the German Hall used to stand adjacent to the hotel. In the middle of the 19th century prince Collored-Mansfeld bought the whole hotel and thus the building was often called the Collored house or pallace. Later prince Edmund Clary-Aldringen bought the hotel and established spa services in it. Nowadays the house serves as accommodation facility of the Imperial Spas.
